Nutmeg Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Nutmeg you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use Nutmeg

• You must give accurate details when you sign up.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Nutmeg.
• If you are under 18, you can use Nutmeg only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your sign-in codes private.

2. What you can post and do

You are responsible for everything you post, upload or enter, including posts, comments, photos, team names, scores and listings. You must not post or do anything that:

• is hateful, abusive, threatening, harassing or bullying, or targets someone for who they are;
• is sexual, violent, or shows or encourages harm to anyone, especially children;
• shares someone's private information (such as a phone number, address or photo) without their permission;
• impersonates a person, a team or an organisation;
• is spam, a scam, advertising we did not agree to, or tries to mislead others;
• records a fake or dishonest match result, or interferes with other people's scores or records;
• breaks the law, infringes someone's rights, or tries to attack, copy or overload Nutmeg.

3. Match results

Teams record and confirm results together. Please enter results honestly. We may correct or lock a result that is clearly wrong or disputed.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it inside Nutmeg to other users as the app works. Posts, comments, your name, teams and football record are visible to other signed-in players.

5. Reporting and enforcement

• To report a post, a comment or a player, use the ... menu on a post or the Report link on a comment, or open the player's profile and choose Report or block this player. You can also email support@aquanoirdigital.com. We review every report; we do not hide anything automatically, and the person you report is not told that it was you.
• You can block a player from the same menu. You will no longer see their posts or comments, and they cannot follow you or interact with your posts. Blocking does not change match results, scores or stats. You can undo it any time in Settings → Blocked people.
• We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or that put others at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.
• You can stop using Nutmeg and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

6. Nutmeg is provided "as is"

We work to keep Nutmeg running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by using or being unable to use the app, or for what other users do. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app before it applies. Using Nutmeg after the change means you accept it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer law.
